These terms govern your use of silvygrowth.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
The Site is informational. It describes Silvy's AI-assisted marketing services for registered investment advisers. Nothing on the Site is an offer, a guarantee of results, legal or compliance advice, or a substitute for professional judgment. Any engagement between you and Silvy is governed by a separate written services agreement; if anything there conflicts with these terms, the services agreement controls for that engagement.
Silvy's services use AI agents and automated systems to produce marketing materials. These systems are powerful but imperfect — they can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected output. Every workflow includes human review, and you remain responsible for the final review, approval, publication, and regulatory compliance of anything produced for your firm.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silvy is not liable for any loss or damage arising out of or relating to: the output of our AI agents or systems; your use of, or reliance on, any materials we produce; the results (or lack of results) of any marketing activity; or any regulatory, compliance, or third-party consequence of materials you review, approve, or publish. This includes, without limitation, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and lost profits or business — even if we have been advised of the possibility.
The Site and its information are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You are responsible for your firm's regulatory and compliance obligations. Silvy is not a compliance vendor and does not replace your Chief Compliance Officer or legal counsel. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it or interfere with its operation.
The Site — including its text, design, and brand — is owned by Silvy and protected by applicable law. Please don't copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our permission. Ownership of work product created during a client engagement is addressed in the services agreement.
The Site may link to or embed third-party services, such as our consultation form. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
