Silvy ("Silvy," "we," "us") builds and operates AI-assisted marketing systems for registered investment advisers. This policy explains what information we collect through silvygrowth.com and how we handle it.
This is core to how we're built. Silvy's systems operate on firm-level marketing content — your brand, your voice, your service offering. They are not designed to access, process, or store the personal information of your clients or their end customers, and our work does not require it. We are not a custodian, and we do not handle consumer financial data. If a project would ever call for the personal information of your clients, we decline that scope rather than take it on.
Information you give us. When you book a consultation or email us, we collect what you choose to share — typically your name, business email, firm name, and anything you tell us about your needs. Our consultation form is provided by Typeform, and submissions are handled under Typeform's privacy terms.
Information collected automatically. This site is intentionally lightweight. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics that profile you. Our host and the services we embed may log basic technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and delivery.
Each of these processes limited technical data under its own privacy policy.
We use the information you provide to respond to you, evaluate fit, and — if we work together — deliver and improve our services. We do not sell your information.
We limit access to the information you share to those who need it, and we keep it only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing ben@silvygrowth.com. We'll respond promptly.
We may update this policy as our practices or the law evolve. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
