A 45 minute conversation about your firm, and whether a zero-headcount marketing organization aligns with your goals.
Book a consultationMarketing best practices, codified into deploy-ready agents.
A roster of AI agents drafts your content, builds your pages, and runs your campaigns every day. What took your old vendor two weeks takes an afternoon.
Every asset expresses your authentic brand.
We build a living profile of your firm: how you talk, who you serve, what sets you apart. Every agent works from it, so nothing generic goes out the door. It gets richer with every asset we ship.
Seasoned (human) marketers are accountable for quality.
Your only operators are senior marketing leaders who know financial advice inside out. Nothing ships without us reviewing for quality and compliance.
Agencies sell you the principal, then outsource work to a junior staffer.
AI tools hand you software, but expect you to be an expert judge of marketing collateral quality.
The status quo gets you processes that run slower than you want, cost more than their return warrants, and produce generic outputs that don't do justice to your firm.
We craft a strategy around your firm's unique positioning, employ a roster of specialized agents to speed up asset creation and distribution, and review every piece of collateral before the world sees it.
Link health, crawlability, page speed, metadata. Monitored continuously.
Rankings, opportunity gaps, content briefs.
Google Business, citations, regional rankings.
Get cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
What RIAs in your niche publish, rank for, and post. Weekly digest with surfaced opportunities.
Pre-publish scan against your firm's rules. Catches issues before anything reaches your CCO.
Long-form drafts in your voice. Editor-reviewed.
Service pages, landing pages, downloadable assets.
Curation, drafting, scheduling, drip flows, and segmentation.
Post drafting, scheduling, engagement.
Audience build, creative testing, optimization.
One view of every channel. Marketing tied to AUM growth.
Our pricing mirrors the shape of the engagement.
You tell us about your firm, where your marketing stands today, and what you're trying to build. We tell you honestly whether Silvy is the right answer. If we're aligned, you'll get a scoped proposal within the week.
Foundation is where we craft your Firm Identity and growth strategy — through deep research, analysis, and interviews with your team. We run a full diagnostic of your digital presence: site, content, funnel, social, search visibility, and attribution. Then we surface what's broken and ship the urgent fixes before any new agents go live.
We design and build the agents Foundation called for, then put them through rigorous testing. Outputs get reviewed and the system gets iterated until the quality is something you'd put your name on.
We run the system day to day: managing the agents' output, creating the content, distributing it across channels, and measuring results. Monthly health checks and a quarterly business review tied to the outcomes we built for, plus tooling updates whenever a better model or integration ships. You decide each quarter whether to continue, hand off, or take it in-house with our help.
Foundation and Build are the intensive phases. We're capturing your firm's positioning and constructing the system around it. By Deploy, the system is producing at a pace a 6-person team can't match.

Established RIAs with a defined niche and a client base. The thing missing is senior marketing capacity, not strategy.
No account managers or handoffs. The people who built the system run your account.
With AI, anyone can produce marketing in seconds. Producing marketing that wins new clients is a different story.
If your question isn't here, bring it to the call.
Common. Usually one to three people carrying more than they can. We don't replace them; we extend them. Your team keeps the relationship-driven, judgment-heavy work, and we take the production load: SEO, content, distribution, paid, reporting. We plug into your tools and rhythm rather than forcing our own.
Yes, and it's some of our favorite work. A breakaway starts with a blank page: name, identity, site, tooling, and the agents to fill it. This is design-led: we build the brand and the marketing engine together so the firm launches with a real presence on day one, not a template you'll replace in a year. A launch like this is scoped and priced separately from the ongoing engagement.
You can. A senior marketer at an RIA runs ~$120–150K base plus benefits, so call it $150–200K loaded. They'll be capped by what one person can do in a day, take 3–6 months to recruit, and another 3–6 to ramp.
And a single hire is one skill set. Silvy brings a full team's range across content, SEO, paid, print, design, copywriting, and production, for ~$130K in year one. When the time comes to bring it in-house, we'll help you write the job description.
You can, and we'd rather you do that than hire the wrong agency. But raw access to a model isn't the same as a system. The lift is in the workflows: how the model is prompted, what it has access to, how outputs are reviewed, where compliance fits, what gets measured.
Silvy is the operating layer on top of those tools.
Foundation is where we craft your Firm Identity and growth strategy: who you serve, what sets you apart, and the plan to grow. That work happens through deep research, analysis, and interviews with your team. Part of it is profiling your firm's voice through 25 video questions, client call transcripts, and existing content. That profile becomes the source of truth every agent references before it writes a word for you.
A senior editor reviews drafts before they go out. Month one is heavy on calibration; by month two, output approval takes minutes.
Every workflow includes a compliance review step before anything publishes. We build your firm's compliance posture directly into the agent: disclaimers, prohibited language, citations, performance claim handling. Nothing ships without a human review against those rules.
For SEC-registered firms, we work with your CCO during Foundation to map the review chain. We are not a compliance vendor and don't replace your CCO.
On-brand production design is included. Every digital and print asset your marketing needs, produced continuously: landing pages, one-pagers, decks, guides, social, and email. If it carries your brand and your marketing needs it, it's in scope.
A full rework of your visual identity, including name, logo, positioning, and the whole system, is a different sort of project from ongoing production. It has its own scope and price, and we quote it separately. Once a brand exists, whether we built it or you already had one, producing against it is the included part.
If your brand already holds up and you just need more and better assets against it, that's production, and it's included. If the brand itself is the problem, whether dated, generic, or nonexistent, that's a rebrand, quoted separately. We'll tell you honestly which one you're actually looking at on the call.
Yes. Many firms are stuck on legacy platforms like WordPress or Webflow that are slow to change and were never built for AI-forward marketing. We move you onto a modern architecture: fast, easy to update, and built so new pages and tools ship in hours, not weeks.
We work with a select group of partners to help you bring these strategies to life.
No. It's phased for a reason: Consultation, then Foundation, then Build, then Deploy. Each phase earns the next. You'll know what you're getting and what it costs before you move forward, and Deploy runs month-to-month. If it stops being worth it, you can end it with 30 days' notice, and we'll help you offboard cleanly.
