You’re growing but… None of your vendors speak to each other. You don’t gather actionable data, and even if you did, no one has the time to look at it.
You want to get more out of AI, but don’t want to look and sound like everyone else. You’re flying by the seat of your pants—oh, and you’ve probably been burned before.
For medium-sized firms (somewhere between $500M to $3B) that are still nimble, but big enough to capture the opportunity at a meaningful scale, the next chapter should be the most epic one yet.
Silvy combines industry and marketing expertise with bleeding-edge tooling to deliver the desired results on the desired timelines without sacrificing craft.
Your most ambitious 5-year plan? Let’s go there.
Breadth and depth.
You get a team of exclusively senior marketers whose capabilities span paid, organic, design, development, and production. That translates to vendor consolidation, and the work is never in the hands of a junior employee.
Custom strategies.
We help our clients develop differentiated brands and positioning, then build funnels that match their strengths with the channels getting the most attention from their target market.
Industry expertise.
We’ve worked at some of the most iconic brands in this space (one of our founders was Head of Content at Altruist for nearly 4 years).
Marketing compliance, financial planning, client profiles, desires, fears, goals… you won’t waste any time explaining the nuances.
The real headline is “More qualified leads and…”
Brand.
Separate yourself from a sea of lookalikes.
Scale.
Fewer vendors, tighter operations—simplification is good.
Edge.
Your marketing never lingers in saturated strategies.
Your RIA is alreadydifferent.
While most of our clients manage around $1B, what matters more than AUM is that they share something identifiable that sets them apart.
Sometimes that’s a leader with a voice worth amplifying. It could be a culture of excellence. Or deep expertise in a specific kind of client or service.
Whatever it is, once you see it, you can’t unsee it.
Media spend, live filming or other activities requiring us to travel to be in-person, and net new visual identity (or full rebrand) work will be priced separately.
Do you work with our in-house marketing staff?
We work with in-house teams as a seamless plug-in to their existing capabilities. We audit workflows, improve tools, and coach your team on using AI to support their work.
Could I just hire this role in-house?
Generally, a senior “T-shaped” marketer at an RIA costs $150,000 to $200,000 a year once you add benefits, takes three to six months to recruit, and another three to six to ramp. When the time comes to bring marketing in house, we’ll help you write the job description.
How do you handle compliance?
Every workflow includes a compliance review before anything publishes, built around your firm’s disclaimers, prohibited language, and performance-claim rules. We work with your CCO to map the review chain. We don’t replace your CCO.
Can you help launch a breakaway firm?
Yes. A breakaway starts with a blank page: name, identity, site, and the marketing engine to fill it. We scope and price a launch separately from the ongoing engagement.
Do we have to commit to a long engagement?
Our minimum engagement is 6 months. Our goal is to work with our clients for 5+ years. If a pilot makes sense, we can selectively offer one month of work for $12k. If we move into a full engagement, the pilot’s work carries into Build, so its $12k cost effectively counts toward that phase.
